I would like to acknowledge that I am situated and work on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded (stolen) territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We all have a role in reconciliation with Indigenous peoples and I actively reflect on this ongoing process in my work.

Focusing on adding value and impact to your business I foster the continuous development of employees, teams, and leaders to achieve business growth and success.

Experience and values

I combine a Master’s in Adult Learning from UBC and Certification in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell with over 15 years of people development. My experience across non-profit, government, and private sectors and in five different countries has equipped me to understand and navigate a variety of business and cultural contexts. I’ve worked in a number of industries including:
